Installation of a continuous flow hot water system (Rinnai 26), owner will supply hot water system.
Install a larger gas line from the meter to pass to the new Rinnai
Installation of a new gas line to the back of the house for a BBQ connection (near the shed)
Installation of a water tank and pump, it will be configured in a way so it connects to two toilet mains. Owner will supply tank and pump.
Move existing back yard tap to newly installed water pump.
Re instate front yard tap (tap only).
Install cold / hot water thermal switching valve to divert cold water from the tap to the watertank and piping of cold water from the tap to the watertank
The owner will supply the valve http://www.enviro.net.au/ On the attached plans the owner marked 3 spots where they would like the valves to be installed, however the total number of valves will depend on the costs of the piping the water back to the watertank. Please quote 3 locations separately.
Supply a certificate of compliance of all works once, completed.
