Please connect tank overflow to existing stormwater drain, add downpipe to adjacent gutter and direct into tank, supply and install rainwater pump (pump should be quiet and include auto mains switchover, but will be connnected to mains at a later date), install tap connected to pump - within 1m of pump, and connect 2 existing condensate drains (pressure pipe exiting from eaves) to existing storm water drain.
Appropriate screen filter prior to pump should also be supplied.
Power supply already taken care of.
Note: Ball valve fitting for tank already on site
