path, to under deck and connect 100mm
drain for sewer.
• connect to existing hot/cold lines and
bring hot cold feeds to studio apartment.
• backfill with approved rock and remaining
soil
• connect basin, toilet and shower to sewer
line.
• Connect hot and cold lines to plumbing
fixtures and pre assembled shower.
• fit off toilet and basin.
Remove excess soil and rubbish.
cost of installation is based on 1x vanity 1x toilet and 1x pre-assembled shower.
All care to be taken with plants but understand that not everything can be saved.
