I was lucky enough to received a call from Charles just a few hours after posting the job. I explained the job over the phone and had my quote then and there. What I really liked about Charles was that he was able to a) give Service Central customers a discount on the call out fee and b) was able to come on a Saturday. As I work full time, this is always such a big issue for me when it comes to getting work done around the house so it was a bonus that he found time to get the job done on a Saturday morning. He arrived on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Charles likes to do things properly and it is great to have a tradesman that takes pride in his work and doesn\'t do things shabbily. Very pleased with the job.
