The Sewage drain in our house has a blockage between the house and the mains out the back. Toilet at Kitchen will back up after a shower or clothes wash. Likely just needs the snake down it.
The house is older, so it is probably Clay pipes.
I don't think there is roots in the system, as this started after someone put too much paper down the loo, but there may be.
