Several things at an old home we have purchased:
- Downpipes need replacing (gutters are fine)
- Gas pipes may need replacing - need inspection
- Gas water heater needs to be tested if it's ok
- Drainage to street needs to be done (this may be done at a later date depending on cost)
We are working on getting access to the house to get some quotes on this & other jobs. Possibly able to get access to view job later this week or next week. Job will need to be done in Feb.
