I recently completed a commercial and domestic irrigation apprenticeship (Cert3) in only two years. After 3 months I was given responsibility for a new trainee while continuing my own training. After one year I was promoted to field manager and received a further 2 trainees to supervise.
I am confident, hardworking, trustworthy and very much a team player, though I also have the initiative to work well independently. I am energetic, happy and get along well everyone, team-mates and clients alike.
