Seems like a professional person with the ability to perform the job.\nHe quoted on the spot and was happy to attend to complete the works within a week. \nI was disappointed that he wasn\'t prepared to listen to feedback regarding the overall job which included a building and maintenance job also posted on Service Central. I explained to him that there was no point completing this job until the other was underway or was nearly completed and that I felt it would be best for him to wait until the other job was underway.\nNo point doing it twice.\nHe also seemed to be pricey for what was involved.
