I am a landlord of a tenanted property at 2 Riveria Street, Mount Waverly 3149. Currently water is leaking into the house on the Western Side. Needs new fascia and guttering on the Western Side tenant will be able to show you. I am only looking at doing the minimum required to stop leaks maintain the structural integrity of the property. Window and sideboards will also require replacement please quote for that. I must stress I am only looking at doing the minimum required to maintain structural integrity of the property and am not concerned with the external appearance of the property.
