Vanna called as soon as job was posted. Provided some information about what he thought the problem was. Asked if i could have a look at the manual & that he would call back the following morning. When i didnt receive a call the next morning I called him & he was busy & said he would call back in an hour. When he didnt call back I called him. He asked if i could take a photo of the unit & send it to him but he wasnt able to come out that day. I then found someone else.

Brent contacted me as soon as the job was posted - Friday night. We arranged for him to come around & look at the hot water unit on the Saturday. After doing some work we tested the unit & it worked fine. We paid Brent but as soon as he left the fault re-appeared. We called Brent & he came straight back. He spent some more time trouble shooting but in the end we needed a new unit. Once we had bought the hot water unit, Brent came back & promptly installed it. We even got him to look at our leaking shower head. Overall, we are very happy with the professional work, advice & commitment that Brent showed to making sure that we had hot water again. Would highly recommend him.
