Our investment property in Bentleigh East is very damp underneath. Have had a camera inspect all stormwater drains and confirmed nothing broken / leaking. Monitored the water meter for an hour with all outlets turned off and not leaking, and noticed approx. 0.25 litres used. Need someone to go under the house (not nice) and tell me what needs to be fixed.
