We have a toilet in a sectioned off part of the master bedroom ensuite.
The problem we have is that the seal between the wastepipe on the toilet and the main pipe that sticks out of the wall has spring a leak. it started out as a few drops every time you flushed the toilet, and now has the potential to fill a small bucket in a few days -- (we have stopped using the toilet for now).
We are tennants, so our landlords will be paying - they are fast and will send a cheque within a few days of recieving an invoice.
