Leaking water pipe. Leak is next to Meter on House side where the Galvanized Pipe comes out of the meter and goes straight down into the ground. A medium tree root has grown around the pipe. The water is leaking and pooling at a reasonable rate. Pipe is Galvanized and is a 1950's House. Also want Pensioner Discount.
