Fix collapsed sewer

Based on video taken when clearing the sewer, the last approx 1.5m before the boundary trap has dropped about half the diameter of the pipe so keeps getting blocked. This needs repair/replacement. The pipe is ceramic and in otherwise good condition. The repair section is located about 2ft under my neighbours shed so requires breaking through some old, soft concrete.
I get along well with the neighbour is he is OK to give us access.
