Steam coming out of both outlets (doesn't normally do this). not leaking & still working. Hotwater system is full (of water) is filled up at least once a month. When it is switch off for a while & then switched back on it works fine but then seems to over heat (ie steaming).

had a phone call from Holla For A Plumber within approximately a couple of hours of posting job. was told that I would be phoned again with a quote that evening (this was Tuesday 10.5.11 & still haven't received a phone call (It is now 13.5.11). I am disappointed about this. I have since found another plumber myself who was punctual, competitive & expert with hot water systems & has installed a new system in a most satisfactory & professional manner. In summary, overall experience was disappointing.
