The hotwater pressure is constantly going up and down...sometimes is a dribble and sometimes its ok. it is never good.
the temperature also ranges from very hot to warm.
i suspect that the hotwater system is ok but there is something restricting the water pressure.
i need someone this thursday 24th april to come and take a look - any time is ok.
