Fix leak above kitchen and fix a shaking pipe

I have two problems that need fixing:
1) Leak above kitchen
- One bathroom is above the kitchen.
- When the sink is used, we can hear water drops in the kitchen ceiling.
- Not a big leak, only one drop per 10 seconds.
- Have stopped using it since.
2) A shaking pipe when hot water tap opened.
- Another bathroom upstairs.
- When the hot water tap is turned on, the is a loud water pipe rattling noise heard downstairs at the same side of the house.
- Is this really just a washer?
