I have reverse cycle airconditioning and every time it rains heavily the water leaks through the vent in the lounge room. it does not happen with any other vent. i have been told i do not have holes in the roof but that the rain comes into the vent, stores there until it overflows, then it pours through onto my lounge.. i need someone to, somehow, fix a cover of sorts over the outside of the vent,which is on the roof and easily accessable, to stop the rain blowing in.
