We have two concealed cistern toilets. The main one has been continually running water after flushing - sometimes a trickle, sometime at full bore. Apparently this is a common problem.
Jiggling the buttons usually stops it eventually, but the problem is getting worse.
The second toilet is not actively leaking, but doesn't flush normally so probably needs the same components replaced as well.
Taking off the face plate, the only identifying info I can see is a sticker saying VALSIR SMK 2450 AS 1172.2. Valsir appears to be an Italian bathroom equipment manufacturer. Some of the visible components appear to have been manufacturered in mid-2008 and installed in 2009.
