Fix leaking flick mixer tap and toilet

Our Franke kitchen flick mixer is dripping constantly from the tap and leaking from the base. We'd like quotes to either fix the leaks or install a new flick mixer if better option. If the latter, should we choose the mixer tap in advance ourselves and supply ready for installation? Also, our toilet is leaking into the bowl because the cistern float does not rise all the way up. It looks as though the float arm is too long and the float gets stuck on the side of the cistern.
