Leaking shower recess and wall surround is evident. Waterproofing is required. Note: Waterproof membranes have a limited life span. Waterproof membranes rarely last longer than about 10 years. Concealed damage may have occurred to building elements within the leaking, wet areas
Resealing around the top edge of the bath/wall surround is required to prevent dampness in the wall and cavity
Toilet - Loose pan is evident. Rectification is required. Loose toilet pans have the potential to cause severe injury to the user. Any loose pans must be rectified
Damaged cistern is evident.
Leaks were found to be present in plumbing, taps and fittings.
Gutters appear to be retaining water in some areas. Realignment to ensure that they drain correctly is necessary.
Site drainage appears inadequate. Investigate draining of site.
