I have two toilets that are leaking, the seal isn't fully sealing, the plunger device sometimes doesn't drop so it then stays empty.
Also have problem with low hot water in both showers. Last time this happened it was the hot water mixer valve filter that needs to be pulled out and particles cleaned.
