Our water pressure is very weak.
some of the pipes make loud banging noises when they are turned on.
the quality of water out of certain taps is slighty rusty.
i expect that our pipes require repair & maintenance.
in addition, some of our drainage pipes have collapsed (i suspect). some of these would probably need replacing also.
