Fix Shower Pressure - Problem is in piping.

Shower pressure it too low, but the bath pressure next to it is OK.
Both have the same type of 'hand shower' heads, so I've swapped heads and confirmed that it isn't the shower head or the tubing diameter - I think it is something within the piping running from cylinder to shower.
All other taps have OK pressure.
