Toilet flush is leaking - flush tank brand (veroma) - similar to caroma I think, it seems to be an issue with the washer, old washer was disintegrated (broken/bits and disintegrating), so replaced with one from bunnings but it didn't fix the leak. Looking to fix the washer/flush
