We are in the process of leasing a property at Dandenong for a café / takeaway. Currently we are evaluating costs and getting quotes for updating the premises for a café. If all goes well, work to be started in early April 2010.
Currently we need quotations for below work :
- Install external 1100 L grease trap with required Plumbing connecting waste water from sinks to grease trap and sewer.
- Gas fitting with gas pipes/supply for kitchen equipment
We can arrange site inspection for quotes.
Work to be comply with required plumbing and health regulations and issue a Certificate of Compliance for work done.
