Flashing along gable needs repair&other issues
Anne requested 2 quotes from Plumbers in Brunswick East
There are 2 places on the roof (one where the upstairs downpipe meets the downstairs roof and other on the gable of the 2nd story roof) that require fixing.
the upstairs apparently the flashing along one of the gables is sticking up and letting water in, the downstairs is apparently due to the volume of water that can come off the upstairs and it too causes leaks at times.
want quote to get this addressed and also to see if there are any other areas that need addressing.
