Flashing in the garage appears to be lowered few mm's below the top capping allowing water to leak when it rains. Need to fix this. Need to rebed and point (with weep holes) for few roof tiles (probably about 5 tiles) to repair leak. Currently temporary fix is there with silicone. Single storey home in Cairnlea VIC 3023.
