Hi there, I am very pleased for the guy who did the installation, even though he made me wait an hour before he finally arrived. I understood his circumstances behind his late arrival. Simply put, he is overworked and needs a break! Although he arrived at 4pm I expected his job to finish after mine, but he had two other jobs to attend to later in the day. Although I didn't engage him to install the oven/cooktop, I did engage him to fix our faulty hot water service. What I loved about him was his willingness to do the extra work on a Saturday morning to secure the parts needed to fix the hot water service. And the advice he provided was spot on the money.
