Gas HWS needs servicing, gas stove burners starved of gas & water leak.

Recently moved & new house has gas stove with 6 burners. Works ok when only using 1 or 2 burners but the more burners you turn on the less flame you get and you can't use more than 2 or 3 burners at a time. Would also like the gas HWS serviced. The floor in one wardrobe which backs onto the ensuite is wet so there must be a water leak somewhere. This needs to be repaired.
