There are two kitchens in the house. gas outlets already exist in both. remove old stove (doesn't work) from rear kitchen and clamp up gas. install new stove (will need to measure and purchase a new stove) in the front kitchen.
consider also removing electric rangehood from rear kitchen and replace rangehood in front kitchen.
remove electric oven from front kitchen; some carpentry/cabinet work may be required to convert the empty space into a cupboard for the microwave (consider a power point for the microwave).
convert rear kitchen into laundry (install hot and cold water taps for washing machine).
remove fibro shed (don't know if it's asbestos) from back yard. leave concrete foundations.
cut down two big fig trees from backyard.
remove old hills hoist; reinstall new hills hoist.
remove rear security door.
examine rising damp in garage; clamp off water taps.
