Gutters need replacing in some parts, repairs and repainting to fascias, eaves and three balcony ceilings, need repairing and repainting with minimum disruption to tenants. Roof needs inspection, and possibly hips and valleys may need repointing. As this job is to the eaves and gutters for the first floor (not the ground floor), you will need to provide adequate scaffolding. Access is reasonably good with driveway to one side, a carpark to the rear, a lawn to the front and a pedestrian path to the other side.
