Please quote on labour and materials to do the following:
Re-seal 20 leaking gutter joints (3-4 straight, the rest are mitre).
Replace 2 broken external corner brackets;
Supply and install new metal downpipe about 3 meters long
In complex of 8 single storey brick-n-tile villas, built 1985. Gutters are ACE Quads, Zincalume or Galv. Old sealant has failed, to be removed and joints re-sealed. Gutters are covered by full leaf guard riveted to the gutter via colorbond metal plank - may need to be removed around the work zones then replaced back. There is some soil in the gutters - may need to be cleaned around the work zones.
