This is what the tenant advised me.
- the guttering on the building is rusting out. this hasn’t been a problem to us during the dry. now that we are getting heavy rain water is falling from the guttering instead of flowing to the downpipes. the volume of water falling on to the roof of the dock is too great to drain away and is falling through into the dock.

- so far the paper we store there is ok but our electric forklift got wet this morning and may need repair. we will try to keep our items out of harm’s way.
