I need some guttering replaced, as it's rusty. it also needs to be angled correctly so it doesn't overflow in one spot, as it does now. i also need a roof whirlybird checked, as it's not turning. i also would like someone to look at some flashing around my chimney, and whether it's adequate to stop water damage.
