* replacement of 9m of quad 115 lo-front colorbond gutter at front of house (gutter 6m above ground level).
* replacement of 6m of 90mm downpipe connected to front gutter. requires two 45 degree elbows.
rear gutter and downpipe of one of the terraces:
* replacement of 6m of quad 115 lo-front colorbond gutter at front of house (gutter 8.5m above ground level). 1 external corner with half metre return.
* replacement of 8.5m of 90mm downpipe connected to rear gutter. straight drop - no bends.
fascia board timbers should be checked for damage and replaced/painted if required.
