My husband and I are in the process of buying a house and the building report has just come back advising that some downpipes are not connected to a stormwater dispersal system. Water is ponding in the gutters and requires realigning. The guttering is a concealed type and if blockages occur water entry into the eave and wall cavity may be possible. They have advised that consideration should be given to converting this to a traditional external type. I am trying to find out how much this will all cost.
