Hi, I have a 7.8kw thermo smart heat pump for my swim spa, and am unable to get someone to service it out here. It isnt heating properley at the moment. Even on heating mode, the water temp coming into the pump is higher then the returning water temp. The manual is not very helpful, and I have no idea how to fix it.
It is due for a service anyway.
