1) Install concrete sheeting veritcally along the (right hand) side of the house up against the outside of the house stumps ( as far along as the start of the existing mansonry wall). The sheet should go below the soil (maybe about 10cm deep) and up to just below the bottom of the first weather board (leaving enough gap for air to flow under the house). This is supposed to act as a bit of a water proof barrier and also support a drain (See next point)
2) Install an open drain/channel (can be a precast drainage channel) along the outside of the cement sheet to collect the runoff from the neighbours property. This drain should be connected to existing storm water pits at either end of the house (either one or both, depending on what is nessecary).
