we think the hot water service is ok...we had it looked at a couple of months ago. the water pipes have been clanking over last couple of months... sometimes hot water doesn't work but we can turn the cold on (separate taps) then turn it off with a clank and then the hot will work... our clanking trick stopped working last night... so no hot water!!!
