Hot Water Heater won't re-ignite

Our Aquamax 200 shut off yesterday afternoon and we lost hot water. Water flow is still fine, there is just no heating.
Attempts to re-ignite the pilot using the igniter and following steps has been unsuccessful. I have no time myself to troubleshoot or attempt to replace the thermocouple or igniter. Please help!
