Internal toilet block (2 toilets and one sink) to be converted into (simple) shower and toilet (we do the shower but need the pumbing done). Pipes servicing the sink are running on outside of internal walls - to be combined for mixer taps. Hot water tank to be fitted outside the toilet block (but still inside the premises) (some piping existent).
