Hot water service change over & new space heater install

Job 1. Change over an external storage hot water tank. Currently Dux unit. New unit is Aquamax G270 VE. New unit going in exact same spot as the old one.
Job 2. Install a new space heater - Rinnai RHFE-309FT. Its a 'power flue' type unit. Going against an external wall, very close to where the gas hot water service is on the outside of the building.
Hoping you can pick up the gas supply off the same line that feeds the hot water service,
Be great if both jobs could be done at the same time,
