10 year old Dux 170ltr system, solar & natural gas. Water wasn't very hot tonight, inspected the unit and found water running out the relief valve which I have slowed/stopped. There is also water leaking from somewhere internal and pooling at the base of the unit. Hoping the relief value just needs replacing.
