My hot water tap wont turn on or off properly. The pipe creaks, rattles and makes noises when the tap is turned on. This tap was fitted with a new washer approx 4mths ago. This job requires an urgent fix as we are wasting water with the tap continually being on. We require a minimum of 2 quotes for this job so that our landlord can then decide which quote they would like to take.
