be careful when you engage these people, especially listen to the salesperson. They will tell you a call out fee and advise it will be fixed on the spot as there tradies carry parts on them. There call out fee is expensive compared to others, hence why I took the chance Re a parts cost. You then need to chase them up and ask when they are coming back, even in this phone call theres no mention of any additional costs. When the Subby comes to fix the original issue he leaves you with the original bill of the correct quoted amount, plus now parts. So when I called the office, I was then told Oh No we don't carry parts, our call out fee doesn't include parts, how could it, bla bla bla. I then demanded to talk to the manager and we settled to pay an adjusted amount. The final piece of professionalism, again by the sales person, if you don't pay we will come back end remove our parts, just awesome, and were STILL waiting on the subby to come back and complete the check on the reverse heating units....
