I need an Agi Pipe installed at a rental property

The rear section of the house has been constructed on a concrete slab. Apparently in recent heavy
rains water welled up through a crack in the slab and through the brickwork at floor level. The roof
also leaked.
The carpet over the carpet has been removed however dampness was detected to the bottom row of
bricks and sections of the concrete floor.
Externally the ground slopes from the rear fence to the house. The paving and ground has been built
up above the internal floor level and above the weep holes at the bottom of the brickwork.
When the ground slopes towards the house Agi pipe drains should be laid around the walls of the
house to collect the surface and sub surface water and discharge the water into the storm water
drains. It was not possible to ascertain whether any Agi pipe drains are installed at the time of the
inspection.
