We are wanting to install a cold water tap on our balcony.
Our upper storey extrends above the surrounding roof. The surrounding roof has easy access off the balcony and it is a safe distance from the edge of the roof.
The easiest solution appears to be connecting into the flexible connection to the WC in the En Suite, running along the external wall (9.5 meters) and going through the balcony wall. Construction is blueboard on studs.
