Install a new kitchen Mixer Tap

I need my old (leaking) kitchen mixer tap removed and a new one installed. I will supply the new tap. I think new tap will have to be cartridge type (not sure?). My sink only has one entry hole (I think 35mm diameter?) for the tap. This is a fairly straightforward installation - remove old mixer and install new mixer.
