Hi,
We have just moved into a rental property and would like to install a gas bayonet point in the lounge room for our gas heater. We would seek approval from the real estate of course, but I would like to go to them with a price. There is an old ornate fireplace in the lounge room and it has the word 'gas' written on the wall, so I think there would be access to gas there. There is gas cooking/water so there is gas to the premises.
